This year marks a monumental milestone in our nation’s history—the250th anniversary of the United States. Two and a half centuries ago, a group of visionary leaders came together to draft a blueprint for a new kind of nation, built on the ideals of liberty, community, and continuous growth.

As we reflect on this historicSemiquincentennial, we are reminded that the strength of any great endeavor—whether a nation, an organization, or a local community—lies entirely in its people.
