Erich Bolz Officially Joins RLR

RLR Leadership Consulting is proud to announce that Erich Bolz will be joining the RLR Team of Experts effective July 1, 2026.

While Erich will officially join the RLR team on that date, he has already partnered with RLR on several impactful projects, supporting leaders and organizations in multiple school districts in several states.

Erich is a highly respected educator with more than 30 years of experience serving in public education as a teacher, coach, principal, and assistant superintendent. Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse school systems, bringing a thoughtful, steady, and people-centered approach to leadership. His experience allows him to see organizations from multiple perspectives and support leaders at every level.

In addition to his extensive leadership background, Erich is an expert in Strategic Planning, MTSS, Investigations, Special Education, and Leadership Coaching, just to name a few areas. He has supported districts and leaders through complex challenges, helped teams clarify vision and direction, and guided organizations toward sustainable improvement focused on both results and relationships.

Erich understands firsthand that working in schools is demanding and, at times, overwhelming. With increasing pressures, competing priorities, and the ongoing responsibility to do what is best for students, educators need strong systems, clear leadership, and meaningful support. Erich partners with leaders to build trust, strengthen culture, and develop practical strategies that support people while keeping students at the center of the work.
