RLR Expansion: The Mission Grows Because the Need Has Grown

In our last newsletter, we shared the exciting news that RLR is expanding beyond education to serve businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, healthcare organizations, faith-based organizations, and community leaders. The response was incredibly encouraging. Thank you for your support and for believing in our mission.

Many of you asked one simple question:

"Why now?"

The answer is equally simple.

Because the need has never been greater.

While every organization is different, the challenges leaders face are remarkably similar.

Whether you're leading a school district, a business, a nonprofit, a healthcare organization, or a local government agency, the questions are the same:

  • How do we rebuild trust?

  • How do we develop stronger leaders?

  • How do we improve communication?

  • How do we create a culture where people want to stay and thrive?

  • How do we lead confidently through constant change?

These aren't education questions—they're leadership questions.

Over the years, one truth has become increasingly clear: organizations don't struggle because they lack talented people. They struggle when trust erodes, communication breaks down, relationships weaken, and people lose sight of a shared purpose.

That's why the principles behind The 3 Ships—Relationships, Leadership, and Partnerships—matter in every organization. These aren't simply leadership concepts; they are the foundation of healthy cultures, engaged teams, and organizations that achieve lasting success.

Our expansion isn't about changing who we are. Education will always be at the heart of RLR. Instead, it's about sharing proven leadership principles with more organizations that are facing the same challenges and seeking stronger cultures, better communication, and more effective leadership.

Our mission remains exactly the same as it has always been:

Serve. Support. Help.

Those three words guide every presentation, strategic planning session, coaching conversation, and partnership we build.

Because when leaders grow, organizations grow.

When organizations grow, communities grow.

And when communities grow, lives are changed.

That's a mission worth expanding.

Who's In Your Inner Circle?

Who's In Your Inner Circle?
RLR Leadership Consulting and The CORE Project

Think about the people closest to you. The ones you share ideas with, lean on for support, and let influence your decisions. That group—your inner circle—shapes how you see yourself, the choices you make, and even the risks you’re willing to take.

Sometimes, those relationships give you energy and push you forward. Other times, they hold you back. That’s why RLR Leadership Consulting and The CORE Project have teamed up to create Your Inner Circle—an opportunity to pause, reflect, and intentionally shape the connections that matter most.

In this experience, you’ll:

  • Identify who truly belongs in your circle

  • Learn how to set healthy boundaries when needed

  • Build trust that actually lasts

  • Choose connections that make you stronger

Because the truth is, leadership isn’t just about strategy or skills—it’s about people. And the people closest to you can either empower your growth or limit your potential.

We’d love for you to join us. As a special opportunity, use code Randy15 for a discounted price—but hurry, this offer won’t last long.
